Automatic upgrades

An industry-leading feature, automatic upgrades allow elite loyalty members to use contactless check-in features without sacrificing potential upgrades. Hotel guests cite this as a key (no pun intended) factor in their preference for front-desk check-in. In a collaborative effort across multiple pods, I provided onboarding and celebratory messaging across platforms and throughout the user journey.

2021 new property websites

In April 2021, I took over as content lead for the strategy and design for the migration of more than 100 luxury hotel websites using multiple content management systems and structured content. Honors profile page

More usability enhancements to the Hilton Honors web experience, replacing a sidebar navigation with a responsive landing page.

Go Hilton

Hilton employees and approved friends and family members are eligible for generous room discounts. Member Benefits

The revamped Hilton Honors site offers a more direct, concise and user-friendly breakdown of member perks than its text-heavy predecessor.

Honors Points page

We condensed about 14(!) pages of repetitive and confusing content into a tidy overview. Logged-in members see a different version of this page.

Meet Your Memphis

Brand strategy and social strategy for a local multifamily developer. This mobile-friendly landing page was conceived as a resource for transplants to Memphis.  A personality quiz matches users to their ideal neighborhood and recommends one of the developer’s properties, showcasing a commitment to placemaking and local connections. A map highlights places of interest — where to work, […]

Farewell, Grit ‘n’ Grind

On the end of an era in Memphis basketball. Zach Randolph, the basketball player, made the Grizzlies relevant. Then Tony Allen, the basketball player, made them fun. Together, as people, they made them relatable. We knew in our minds a day would come when Memphis, the community, would need them as people more than the […]
